How is the travel mug personalised?
Your name is laser engraved in our own workshop in Bremen, straight into the 18/8 stainless steel, in one of two fonts. Nothing is printed on top, so the engraving cannot rub off. You see a preview before you order.
How long does the engraved mug keep coffee hot?
Up to 8 hours hot and up to 10 hours cold for iced drinks. Enough for a commute, a shift or a morning of meetings.
When will my personalised mug arrive?
Order by 11am UK time on a working day and your mug is engraved and dispatched the same day. From dispatch it takes 3 working days to England and Wales, 3 to 6 to Scotland and Northern Ireland, and 4 to Ireland.
Does the engraved mug fit a car cup holder?
Yes. Both the 354 and 500 ml sizes sit in a standard car cup holder and fit under most coffee machines. The lid keeps it leakproof on the move.
What if the engraving goes wrong?
You see a preview before you order, and if we ever engrave differently from what you ordered, we put it right. Every mug also carries our 3-year guarantee.
