🇬🇧 Delivery within the United Kingdom
- Shipping: £4.49 — free on orders over £49
- Delivery time: 3 working days to England and Wales, 3 to 6 to Scotland and Northern Ireland. Remote postcodes and the islands can add a day or two.
- Carrier: Parcelforce Tracked, part of Royal Mail Group, from our warehouse in Hamburg
- In a hurry? DHL Express Tracked for £18, 1 to 2 working days

⚡ Express production: engraving with no wait
Personalised items cost you not a single day extra. We engrave in house, in Bremen, in express production:
- Orders placed by 11am UK time (12 noon German time) on a working day are engraved and dispatched the same day
- After that the normal delivery time applies — a personalised product reaches you exactly as fast as a plain one
- You see your wording in the preview before you buy

The times run from dispatch plus our processing. Order by 11am UK time and your parcel leaves the same working day, engraved or not. They are the guideline times from our carrier agreement, not guarantees — customs clearance, remote postcodes and the islands can add a day or two.
Please note:
- There is no delivery on Sundays or bank holidays, and we dispatch Monday to Friday.
- If you order several items with different delivery times, we send them all together, going by the item with the longest one. A part shipment is possible on request.
- You get a tracking email the moment your parcel is on its way.
💷 VAT, customs and duties
The price you see is the price you pay. UK prices include 20% UK VAT, and we ship delivered duty paid: customs charges and import duties are ours, whatever your order is worth. Nothing further is due when your parcel arrives — no fee at the door, no invoice from the courier.
Irish prices include VAT. Ireland is inside the EU customs union and we ship from Germany, so there is no customs paperwork at all.
