Welcome to Blockhütte UK! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Blockhütte UK, a trading division of Blockhütte GmbH, Raboisen 32, 20095 Hamburg, Germany. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services and form the contract between you and us.
We operate our online store via Shopify and offer curated stainless steel lunch boxes, bottles and engraved personalised products for UK customers.
By accessing or using any part of our site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2 – CONTRACT FORMATION
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send a confirmation or dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to decline orders at our sole discretion.
3 – PRICES & PAYMENT
Prices shown include VAT (where applicable). Shipping costs are added at checkout. No import duties or customs fees are charged to you — we deliver on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.
We accept: PayPal, Klarna, Credit Card (via Shopify Payments), Google Pay, Apple Pay.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and delivery details.
4 – SHIPPING
We deliver across the United Kingdom and Ireland with Parcelforce Tracked (part of Royal Mail Group), dispatched from our warehouse in Hamburg. DHL Express Tracked is available at checkout for all destinations except BFPO addresses.
Orders placed by 11am UK time (12 noon German time) on a working day are dispatched the same working day; orders placed later are dispatched the next working day. This applies to personalised items as well — engraving runs in express production and adds no time.
From dispatch, delivery typically takes 3 working days to England and Wales, 3 to 6 working days to Scotland and Northern Ireland, and 4 working days to Ireland. These are guideline transit times from our carrier agreement and are not guaranteed; customs clearance, remote postcodes and island destinations can add time. Delivery times to BFPO addresses vary.
Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered to you.
5 – RETURNS & CANCELLATION
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
To cancel, email us at info@blockhuette.net with your order number.
Return shipping is free on orders over £49 — contact us first and we'll organise it. On orders under £49, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
The statutory 14-day cancellation right does not cover personalised products. Our voluntary 60-day money-back guarantee applies to all products except engraved and personalised ones (see our Refund Policy).

6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site including logos, designs and product names is owned by Blockhütte GmbH and may not be copied or reproduced without our written permission.
7 – FEEDBACK & REVIEWS
If you submit product reviews or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them for marketing and product improvement purposes.
8 – PROHIBITED USE
You agree not to use the site or services for any illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes including unauthorised scraping, spam or data harvesting.
9 – WARRANTY
You have the right to receive products that conform to your expectations. If a product is faulty or not as described, we will replace or refund it according to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
10 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages unless caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Your statutory rights are not affected.
11 – GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
12 – AMENDMENTS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page and apply immediately unless stated otherwise.
