We operate our online store via Shopify and offer curated stainless steel lunch boxes, bottles and engraved personalised products for UK customers.

2 – CONTRACT FORMATION
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send a confirmation or dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to decline orders at our sole discretion.
3 – PRICES & PAYMENT
Prices shown include VAT (where applicable). Shipping, handling and import duties may be added at checkout.
We accept: PayPal, Klarna, Credit Card (via Shopify Payments), Google Pay, Apple Pay.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and delivery details.
4 – SHIPPING
We ship within the UK using Royal Mail and other partners. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.
Risk passes to you once the goods are handed over to the carrier.
5 – RETURNS & CANCELLATION
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
To cancel, email us at info@blockhuette.net with your order number.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Personalised products are excluded from return unless defective.

7 – FEEDBACK & REVIEWS

You agree not to use the site or services for any illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes including unauthorised scraping, spam or data harvesting.
9 – WARRANTY
You have the right to receive products that conform to your expectations. If a product is faulty or not as described, we will replace or refund it according to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
