We deliver to the United Kingdom and Ireland. UK delivery is free on orders over £49, and £4.49 below that. Ireland: free over €59, otherwise €4.99.

Order by 11am (UK time) and your parcel leaves the same working day, engraved or not. After that it goes the next working day. From dispatch it takes 3 working days to England and Wales, 3 to 6 working days to Scotland and Northern Ireland, and 4 working days to Ireland. Remote postcodes and the islands can add a day or two. You’ll get tracking by email. There are no deliveries on Sundays or bank holidays. Need it faster? Pick DHL Express Tracked at checkout, 1 to 2 working days. Returns are free on orders over £49 (Ireland: €59), the same threshold as delivery. Engraved and personalised products are excluded from the 60-day guarantee because they are made to order, which does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty, not as described or wrongly engraved. Yes: laser engraving, done in Bremen, Germany. The engraving goes into the steel itself, so it lasts as long as the product does. Order by 11am (UK time) and it’s engraved and dispatched the same day.
