We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your product, we’re here to help.


1. Statutory Right to Cancel (14 Days)

If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person purchasing for purposes outside your trade, business or profession), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly (e.g. by email) before the 14-day cancellation period expires.

Effects of cancellation:

You will receive a full refund, including the standard delivery cost. You must return the goods at your own cost within 14 days of cancellation. We may withhold the refund until the goods are received or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.


2. Extended 60-Day Return Guarantee

In addition to your legal rights, we offer a voluntary 60-day money-back guarantee.

  • You may return items within 60 days of delivery for a refund.

  • Items must be unused, in resalable condition and in original packaging.

  • Personalised or engraved products are excluded from the voluntary return policy unless defective.

  • Return shipping costs and risk lie with the customer.

Please include your order number and reason for return when contacting us.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you via email. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) will not be refunded unless the item was faulty or incorrect.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the item and place a new order.


5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.


6. Return Address

Note: Please do not return goods to our German headquarters without prior authorisation.


7. Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalised or engraved items (unless faulty)

  • Items returned beyond 60 days of delivery

  • Products not in original condition or packaging
