This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected.

The guarantee period begins on the date of purchase (invoice date).
Coverage is valid within the United Kingdom.
If your product experiences material or manufacturing defects within 3 years, we will provide one of the following services, at our discretion:
- Free repair of the product, or
- Free replacement with an equivalent or successor model (if the original product is no longer available)

To process your claim:

Send us the product in suitable packaging (to avoid transport damage).
Include a copy of your original invoice (required to determine the guarantee period).
If your guarantee claim is accepted, we’ll refund any shipping costs you covered – and return the replacement or repaired item free of charge.

🚫 Exclusions

Guarantee claims are excluded if the defect is caused by:

Misuse or improper handling
Environmental factors (e.g. moisture, heat, dust, overvoltage)
Ignoring safety instructions or the user manual
Force or impact (e.g. dropping, crushing, physical damage)
Attempted self-repair
Normal wear and tear
