You have 60 days from delivery to send your product back for a refund. Tell us in text form (email is fine) before the 60 days are up — that is enough to meet the deadline.

📦 Use It First — Really

The 60 days are there so you can test the product in everyday life: packed lunches, the dishwasher, the school bag, the rucksack. A used product is a tested product. If it is not for you, send it back. No quibbles.

  • Used products come back too. You do not need the original packaging and the item does not need to be unused.
  • Engraved and personalised products are excluded. They are made to your order and cannot be sold to anyone else. If an item is faulty, not as described, or engraved differently from what you ordered, your statutory rights apply in full and we put it right: we re-engrave it free of charge or refund you.
  • Please send the product complete, with all its parts, and include your order number.

🚚 What It Costs You

  • Returns are free on orders over £49 (Ireland: €59). Contact us first and we will organise the return with you.
  • Below that, return postage is yours — unless the item is faulty, in which case we always cover it.
  • The original delivery charge, if you paid one, is not refunded under this voluntary guarantee. Your statutory 14-day right is unaffected and does include it.

💷 Your Refund

Once your return arrives and is checked, we email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

⚖️ Your Legal Rights Remain Unaffected

This extended money-back guarantee does not limit your statutory rights under UK consumer law. You still have the right to cancel within 14 days without giving any reason, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full. For personalised products the statutory 14-day cancellation right does not apply, because they are made to your order.
